What are the criteria for returning a rental vehicle?
A vehicle must be returned with a full tank and in accordance with the agreement. Please ensure that the vehicle is in the same condition in which it was handed over to you.
What insurance coverage do I have when renting?
All vehicles are fully comprehensive insured with an excess of €2,500 per claim.
What are the requirements for renting a vehicle?
You will need a valid identity card and must be at least 25 years old. Possession of a driver's license for at least 3 years is also required, as is a deposit or credit card.
What are the fees for special cleaning of the vehicle?
If the inside or outside is heavily soiled, for example due to dirty shoes, cleaning fees will be charged (€50 outside / €75 inside).
Are trips abroad permitted with the rented vehicle?
Yes, travel to many European countries is permitted. However, travel to Eastern European countries is prohibited.
Can I cancel a reservation and what costs will this incur?
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period. After that, a fee of 50% of the gross rental price will be charged as compensation for expenses and loss.
